We often associate
objects made of pewter with
the color grey.This is probably
because we are used to seeing
pewter that has either a natural grey
patina, or has undergone some artificial
process to get an "old patinated pewter look.
Personally, I prefer pewter with a bright silver
like finish, reflecting light with its multi-facetted
surface created by the hand hammering process.
The objects displayed on this page are done entirely
by hand hammering
pewter sheets, measuring in general
1.5mm wide.
